Superfit is one of the best known brands for children’s shoes worldwide. The company produces around 5 million pairs of shoes per year and employs around 1000 people worldwide. The shoes are characterized by a very good quality. This is also confirmed by the highest score in a survey of doctors a few years ago.
Before the newly launched e-commerce platform was introduced in other countries, the goal was defined to maximize the user experience in the online shop and thus the conversion rate.
After launching into direct-to-consumer retail we were asked to drive sales by improving SEO and creating Social Ad campaigns that guide the target audience through their customer journey.
We initiated an agile and data-driven conversion rate optimization. Selected areas of the website were revised in fixed sprints. Starting with the checkout area, the first and most important module has been optimized. Other areas such as the home page, navigation or product pages have been optimized for User Experience. As a result, we have worked across the board to improve conversion.
The combination of optimizing SEO while driving reach through the use of Social Media ads we were able to generate great results. Organic traffic has been on a steady rise and our funnel-driven approach to Social ads has generated sales right from the start.
