Superfit is one of the best known brands for children’s shoes worldwide. The company produces around 5 million pairs of shoes per year and employs around 1000 people worldwide. The shoes are characterized by a very good quality. This is also confirmed by the highest score in a survey of doctors a few years ago.
Before the newly launched e-commerce platform was introduced in other countries, the goal was defined to maximize the user experience in the online shop and thus the conversion rate.
We have initiated an agile and data-driven conversion rate optimization. Selected areas of the website have been revised in fixed sprints. Starting with the checkout area, the first and most important module has been optimized. The focus was on reducing the bounce rate during the order process. Other areas such as the home page, navigation or product pages have been optimized for User Experience. As a result, we have worked across the board to improve conversion.
