Joe Butler

Joe studied Business and Economics at Harvard University and St. Gallen University. As a serial entrepreneur, Joe has either started or consulted a business in nearly every industry. He is a firm believer that marketing needs less subjective guessing and loves reading up on the latest brain research. Apart from growing businesses his passion is competitive sports.

At Slash.Digital Joe is in charge of client services and digital strategy.

Fun Fact: Claims he has beaten Dirk Nowitzki in a game of 1on1.

Tim Schlöder

Tim studied in Barcelona and Vienna with receiving his Master of International Business Administration & eBusiness.

He is always looking for new challenges and loves progress as well as innovation, especially in digital. His deep knowledge of digital marketing driven by his mindset for innovation, makes him optimizing business and business workflows on a daily basis.

This is also reflected in his private life, where, especially in team sports, he has distinguished himself through his training diligence, commitment and discipline.

Tim is in charge of finance, new team members and operations.

Fun Fact: Tim thinks he is the best tour guide for Barcelona.

Karoline Henschel

Karo holds a degree in Business Psychology and has been working in marketing for 17 years.
After years in digital content and social media, she developed a passion for all topics surrounding people, culture and operations.  Since 2021 she is responsible for our People & Culture team and spends the majority of her time identifying and developing talent and optimizing operations.

Fun Fact: Could start a holiday consulting business – planning every minute of your vacation.

Dr. Manuela Bung

Manuela holds a Magister degree in Phonetics and a Ph.D. in Neurology. After some time in research, Manuela decided to combine her scientific knowledge with her passion for marketing.
When she is not improving our psychographic algorithms or developing persuasive content strategies, she enjoys the bavarian nature on her bike.

Fun Fact: Has never made an argument without the data to back it up.

Andreas Hoffmann

After graduating in business administration he quickly specialized in online marketing and now leads our Performance & Analytics team. Like no other he understands how marketing channels interact and uses this expertise to help our clients grow their business.
In his career, he has had tremendous success with SEO, Google Shopping, YouTube, Social Ads, Display Advertising, Remarketing, App, as well as Amazon and Yandex, as demonstrated by his nomination for the SEMY Award 2018.

Fun Fact: Andreas believes in his previous life he was a revolutionary designer.

Sebastian Meyer-Engl

Sebastian studied comparative literature and political science in Munich. Early experiences in event management led to an intro to the advertising world. Taking the career path as a copywriter at THE HYPE, SERVICEPLAN and HAVAS. Working for global brands from all major industries and winning multiple awards. As a creative director he believes in the ideation potential of everybody and guided collaboration. He is driven to explore new ways of thinking and sharing his experiences along the way.

At Slash.Digital Sebastian is in charge of the overall creative direction of client projects as well as the agency itself.

Fun Fact: Had a soulmate encounter in an hazy jazz bar with Joe’s dad years before meeting Joe.

Aleks has been with Slash.Digital since day one and has been designing beautiful products for more than eight years.

As a jack of all trades he specializes in creating emotional user experiences that drive behavior. He spends his free time in the gym and working on 3D and animation projects.

Katharina is an experienced Client Services Director with a history of over 12 years of working in the marketing industry and especially agencies.
She’s skilled in Social Media & E-commerce, Sales, Business Development, Marketing Strategy, and People Management. She graduated from BAW München – Akademie für Werbung & Marketing with a Digital Marketing Diploma and is consistently seeking for new and inspiring ways of working in the marketing & advertising industry.

Matthias Schreiber

Matthias studied communication science, European ethnologies and sociology in Bamberg and Budapest whilst being a freelancer as a sports journalist for big press houses. He then changed from newspapers to newsfeeds and started as a social media editor for a leading online sports platform.
He decided to fully focus on social media and has been working for different agencies ever since. He loves funny and engaging stories as well as establishing empathic ways of  communication within his team.

Kristin studied media and communication sciences in Göttingen and has been working in Digital Marketing for over 12 years. Providing global FMCG brands with her expertise in social media and content strategy.

Kristin has a passion for data-driven consumer empathy and brands with ambition. As Team Lead Social she is in charge of social media strategies as well as driving growth by implementing social media holistically into clients’ digital ecosystems.

Marian studied Business Information Systems at the Technical University of Munich with focus on Software- and Web Engineering. He loves to deal with all kinds of technology aspects and is always on the run to implement the best fitting and highly customized solutions as well as he thinks in product development approaches.

While having his finger on the pulse of the time he’s looking for engaging hybrid experiences for interested clients from all sectors. After being the Director Digital Development for the Avantgarde Group he now took over this area of responsibility for Slash.Digital, still striving for excellence in the field of digital experiences.
