Headquartered in the heart of Munich, the ARISTO group specializes in personnel consultancy for the pharmaceutical industry, engineering and medical technology sectors. SLASH.DIGITAL has been working with Aristo since the start of 2016 to improve digital marketing efficiency.
THE CHALLENGE
As a recruitment agency Aristo works with two very distinct groups: companies looking for new personnel & candidates searching for new career opportunities. Generating leads in both categories while also appealing to highly motivated recruitment consultants will secure further growth for the Aristo Group and hence are the overarching targets in all our efforts. Apart from an initial website redesign our digital strategy focuses on continuos website improvements and search engine optimisation.

OUR APPROACH
A. Website Relaunch
By using the limbic persona approach we were able to create clear & simple user paths for candidates and clients leading to an increase in positions viewed. By optimising the entire mobile experience we were able to make this channel matter while also benefiting our search engine rankings. To simplify the entire recruitment process we introduced a new loyalty program called “Mein Aristo” which is being expanded to be the number one form of communication with candidates and clients within the organisation.
B. Search Engine Optimisation
Our SEO team was heavily involved in the website relaunch to make sure all technical SEO requirements were met, keyword optimised landingpages were built and proper internal linking structure was implemented. Through further WDF*IDF optimisation, continuous publishing of optimised blog posts and high quality links organic traffic increased drastically.
C. Technical Foundation
We integrated the website directly with the recruitment tool/HR software to establish a leading tool that manages inbound and outbound communication.
Thus, redundant processes could be eliminated and leads, candidates but also tenders could be handled effectively.
