THE CLIENT

Founded in 1892 Poggenpohl has become one of the leading kitchen brands in the world. Driven by its mission to “improve the kitchen” the brand stands for impeccable design and german craftsmanship.

We were appointed Poggenpohl’s Digital Agency of Record – responsible for Social Media, Community Management, Performance Marketing and SEO. We were also asked to relaunch poggenpohl.com and create a platform that will allow for E-Commerce in the future.

THE CHALLENGE

Over the past decade Poggenpohl has been able to create an unmatched customer experience in its studios. We were asked to create content that expands this experience into digital and target relevant audiences. Based on the initial success we were appointed with the website relaunch of poggenpohl.com.

OUR APPROACH

After implementing our neuro- & data-science driven approach to understand Poggenpohl’s target audience, we created a content strategy catering to the specific psychographics of our target audience.

These findings were incorporated into the new poggenpohl.com – an immersive experience generating leads and driving traffic to Poggenpohl studios worldwide.
