Frank Juice was created in 2013 by 3 German students influenced by the cleansing trend in the USA. They went on to create Frank Juice an all natural juice cleanse shipped directly to your home and sold in grocery stores around Germany. We worked with Frank Juice on a complete website redesign as well as marketing various marketing campaigns.

The Challenge

After working with the same online store for nearly 3 years the project team decided it was necessary to overhaul the Frank Juice online store with a clear focus on optimizing the entire shopping experience for different devices using a mobile first approach.

In parallel a New Years campaign needed to be developed to make sure to fully exploit the high demand for detoxing in January. This 360° campaign was to incorporate Google Adwords & social advertising in order to drive awareness, leads and conversions.


Our Approach

After creating limbic personas to identify the desires and needs of the target audience we developed a mobile optimized platform with a frictionless shopping experience and a distinct look and feel.

In addition we created SEA and social campaigns to drive traffic, leads and sales to the redesigned platform. Research Listing Ads, Google Shopping other retargeting campaigns as well as different look-alike-audiences were amongst the successful campaigns being run. The different activities resulted in an overwhelming success. Conversion rates, especially on mobile increased drastically and the ROI on all digital marketing campaigns was off-the-chart.
